These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "the Agreement") govern the access to and use of the nasbet online gaming and sports betting platform, including all products, services, features, content, and functionality made available through the website located at nasbet.org and any associated mobile-optimised versions thereof (collectively referred to as "the Platform" or "nasbet").

nasbet is operated by its licensed holding entity (hereinafter "the Operator", "we", "us", or "our") under an international online gaming licence issued by a recognised international gaming regulatory authority. The Platform is made available to eligible players in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions subject to the terms set out in this Agreement.

By accessing nasbet, registering an account, depositing funds, claiming any bonus, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you (the "Player", "User", or "you") confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content.
• You unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the nasbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Access to nasbet and participation in any gambling or betting activity on the Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You are eligible to register and use nasbet only if all of the following conditions are met and continuously satisfied during the period in which you hold a nasbet account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. nasbet enforces a strict minimum age of 21. Players who are under 21 years of age are categorically prohibited from registering, depositing, betting, or otherwise accessing any real-money feature of the Platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal entity acting as a player).

• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.

The Operator reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage of the player relationship — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate by the compliance team. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by nasbet support will result in account suspension pending verification.

To access real-money features on nasbet, you must register a verified player account. Each eligible individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) nasbet account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify nasbet promptly of any changes.

All nasbet accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A clear copy of your valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back.
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC alongside your face (liveness check).
• Proof of address: a utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the last three (3) months showing your name and current residential address in Pakistan.
• Proof of payment method ownership: a screenshot or statement confirming that the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nasbet account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. nasbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact nasbet support immediately via live chat.

nasbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed in the cashier section of your account dashboard. Accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on nasbet:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and refund to the originating account.

All bets and wagers placed on nasbet — including sports bets, live in-play bets, casino game bets, fishing game wagers, and slot machine spins — are governed by the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are made available within the relevant game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the product-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

• All bets are final once confirmed. nasbet does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet except in circumstances where the Operator determines that a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game parameters, or payout calculations, nasbet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. A manifest error includes, but is not limited to, incorrectly listed odds, system glitches that produce impossible game outcomes, and data feed errors on live betting markets.
• The Operator reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount and/or maximum payout for any individual player, game type, or event at its sole discretion.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20s, ODIs, and Test matches — are subject to the cricket-specific betting rules published in the nasbet sportsbook. In-play markets are settled in accordance with official match data providers.
• nasbet uses certified and independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino games, slots, and fishing games to ensure genuinely random outcomes.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-play, nasbet's system will resolve the round using the last recorded game state. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection while gaming.

nasbet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Pakistani players aged 21 and above who hold a fully verified nasbet account.
• Each promotion is available once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise. "Per player" means per individual, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• nasbet reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and/or close accounts where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's bonus balance without notice.
• nasbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will not be adversely affected by changes made after opt-in.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nasbet and constitute a material breach of these Terms. The Operator reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any prohibited activity, forfeit all associated balances, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a nasbet account on behalf of, or funded by, a third party.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by the Operator.
• Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Match-fixing, arbitrage betting schemes, or any form of collusion in casino games including live dealer games.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing nasbet support staff or other players.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any activity that nasbet reasonably determines constitutes bonus abuse as defined in Section 6 of these Terms.

All content on the nasbet Platform — including but not limited to the nasbet brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, software, game content, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from nasbet without the express prior written consent of the Operator.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the nasbet Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and entirely subject to chance.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by events beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party data feed failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on any content, odds, or information published on nasbet, which is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by nasbet is governed by the nasbet Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on nasbet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, nasbet collects and processes your personal data for purposes including account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and where you have provided consent, marketing communications. nasbet does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. You may close your nasbet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat and requesting account closure. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with these Terms and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any policy incorporated herein.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Detection of multiple account registration by the same individual.

Where an account is closed by the Operator due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with prohibited activity — including bonus-derived winnings and winnings derived from exploitation of system errors — may be forfeited in full.

Your continued use of nasbet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date. Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms, or updates required by regulatory changes — may be made without advance notice.
